Visiting from Tampa and my Sister Carmen Diaz took me to Mad Hatters. I have to say they are Delish!!!! Sorry Gigis cupcakes in Tampa Mad Hatters has you beat. Oh and I must say the Whimsical Decor at Mad Hatters is Beautiful. GOOD JOB Carol it was a pleasure meeting you. And if my Dream ever comes true I will invite you to my Grand Opening.
