Barney is by far the best. I started seeing Barney three years ago while I was living in San Antonio. He’s definitely an expert in his field. You can literally take any idea or a picture that you might have for your hair and he will make it happen. I highly recommend him for all of your hair care needs. He is kind, caring, friendly, professional and just an all-around fun person to hang with. You will truly not be disappointed With Barney’s creation.
