I bought a 6L80E 1000HP STAGE 4 transmission and have had nothing but issues and lies coming from this shop I had to send my transmission in for its 3rd rebuild under warranty and Jennifer assured me that no parts from my old transmission would be used in my new "3rd rebuilt unit". As soon as it arrived it had an old TCC lock up o-ring on the input shaft and gunk on that shaft I contacted them and after I got brushed off from them telling me to "clean it and just run it, it will work perfectly" I decided to tear it apart and... read more

Bought a upgraded 4l60e. Took week to receive it. Put it in, no low, reverse, no nothing. Sent it back. Lou agreed that it was their fault.. A seal wasn't put in properly. New1 arrived. Wouldn't shift from low to 2nd. After it tinkering with it. It did shift to 2nd and stayed. sent it back asked for refund. Been waiting on refund for almost 2 weeks. Can't hardly get anyone on the phone. Lou the owner refuses to pay for any of the labor on either install after sending me junk. Would recommend Aids before buying from this comp... read more
I purchased a 700R4, race 3, shift 2 with a 2,000/2,200 stall converter. It sat in my 64 Nova retro-mod for approximately 4 years before the first test drive. After having it installed by a professional hot rod shop in Arlington problems were evident. It would not shift into forth gear. It also seemed to have a stock TQ converter. purchased transmission ran for 2 days, was told to bring back for another one after returning it to them now they don't have another in stock. now they have our money and transmission. lady in office keeps saying she was going to have someone in shop to call us back. we're still waiting on that someone to call.this Monday 6/1/20 will be 2 weeks of no return calls.
and the nightmare of doing business heres contuines, all this drama when asked to stand behind ur products at the customers expense very unprofessional but I know iam the bad guy cause the customer question you and now your upset wonder why???
