Did an online quote and mentioned I would like an email response. I received countless, never ending phone calls from ALL locations. I let them ring thinking they would leave a voicemail. NOPE. They just call again within a minute hoping I would answer. And at 730PM on a Sunday night! I received a total of 23 calls today!! I am never going to go with this business no matter how good their work is. They are relentless!
Had Mad City remove our tub and install a walk in shower at our home in Lac du Flambeau Wis. Everything turned out as promised, our installer Jacob A. was very professional made sure we had input on every detail, also on time for the 2 days he was here. Had dept supervisor stop by each day to check on his work and if we had any questions as work was progressing.
Very hard worker. Very conscientious!
