Justin, an installer for Mad City Windows and Baths, spent almost 12 hours at my home yesterday, installing a shower. He was professional, efficient, and took no breaks during the entire day. He explained the process every step of the way and assured that I was satisfied with each part of the work. There was never a complaint but always a smile. His name is Quinn Singbush, and I was impressed with his politeness and highly professional attitude to the job. He arrived on time and had the proper tools and materials to complete the project.
