Mad City came to give us a roofing quote. The gentleman was nice enough while he was here although spent more time discussing my car than the actual roof. He provided a quote that we felt was WAY over priced (personal opinion). The problem came when i declined their services. He hounded me telling me I was way off..to the point of saying I was an idiot. I've built houses and even being out of the business feel $1200 /square is way over priced. We did our research and it should be around $400/square.

The service was excellent. The crew was very clean and professinal. They had the job done in 2 days.
This business is a complete bunch of incompetent morons. They called my home phone number repeatedly 9 TIMES!!! And I even shut the phone off from 3:15pm to 5:00pm, HAD I NOT I'M SURE THEY WOULD HAVE CALLED MORE, WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS KEEPS CALLING OVER AND OVER HANGING UP, WHEN THEY COULD LEAVE A MESSAGE???. I work 3rd shift so this was complete harassment, they left one message at the end saying finally who they were, all other calls were hang-ups! Windows work great, clean easily. Installers were timely and cleanly. Didn't have the colored trim we were promised and one small leak found in a corner during winter that was easily fixed with a little caulk. Windows move very easily.
we are very satisfied with our shower, no problems. and our installers were great.
Windows turned out as we had hoped.had a couple issues that needed correcting, they were down in couple days to take care of problems. Employees very easy to work with. Very happy with outcome
