UPDATE: Good Luck getting ahold of customer service. They sub out an answering line that doesn't know anything. Just sends a message to whatever office and you get crickets back. Multiple calls in and no response. Our tub was installed in January and discovered a crack recently. Haven't been able to get ahold of anyone with Mad City to take care of it. Very professional operation.
Mad City did a great job with my kitchen. The cabinets are beautiful and I love the hardware and finish. It was easy to meet with a representative and low pressure. I did not feel rushed during the process. They have dozens of options to select from. The installation team was great. They communicated with us throughout the process and were finished ahead of schedule. The price was reasonable for the services provided.
