Very happy with everything they did. The installation only took 2 1/2 days! Workers were friendly, knowledgeable and clean. We will plan to use them in the future when we do our bathrooms.
We are extremely happy with our new walk-in shower! The entire process was smooth and professional from beginning to end. The installation was completed in just one day, and our installer did an outstanding job. We had a great experience with Mad City. The sales rep was very respectful and really listened to our ideas and what we were looking for. The installers were professional and friendly and very thorough with the follow-up. I really like the end result and feel confident that we will enjoy our shower for years to come!
All in all it was a good experience. I would tell them to quit trying to be so pushy during the sells appointment. When someone says they want to think about it that's what they mean. Don't try to give me deals and discounts after the quote, that tells me the price is set high to begin with. I don't consider that the sells persons fault that's how the are trained from corporate.
