I had a sales rep come over to my house this past week and he looked at my tub and measured and he ran the figures just for a shower install and all the accessories and the work. He supposedly gave me a veterans discount and a senior discount for my mom. The total cost was outrageous, it was almost $27,000. I could get a new car for that price. Zach and Cody showed up on time, very polite and went over everything with us. We replaced 7 windows in a 100 yr old house, the installation was smooth and done in 1 day. Great service!

This Company overcharges for their products. If the sales representative charges over the base price they split the amount with the company. They are paid a low commission on the base price so the only way they can make a leaving is to overcharge. They claim not to use subcontractors but most of their installers are subcontractors.
Sat through the 2 1/2 hour sales job at the house. Sales guy was mad that we were going to get 3 bids. Told me that it was my dads house and not mine. Even though I asked him to leave he would not go. Kept badgering my dad to sign the contract. I had to get my phone out and start calling the police.
Justin, an installer for Mad City Windows and Baths, spent almost 12 hours at my home yesterday, installing a shower. He was professional, efficient, and took no breaks during the entire day. He explained the process every step of the way and assured that I was satisfied with each part of the work. There was never a complaint but always a smile. He is a gem and the company is lucky to have him!
I just wanted to tell you about my interactions with one of the installers who installed our new Bath and shower from Mad City Windows and Baths at the Davenport office. His name is Quinn Singbush, and I was impressed with his politeness and highly professional attitude to the job. He arrived on time and had the proper tools and materials to complete the project.
