Also paid them on January of 2023 for entire season lawn fertilization. It was supposedly a deal so they were able to purchase their supplies. They came twice and never showed up again. Other similar complaints on ************ ******* groups.
We paid $239.85 on 1-24-2023 for a 6 step fertilization & weed control program and received only one lawn application on April 21, 2023. Since that date, we have received none of the remaining 5 lawn applications. We have tried to email and calling numerous times but no responses received. we drove to the Mad City Lawn & Snow LLC location but no one answered the door. We are expecting the remaining lawn applications to be completed or money returned as soon as possible!
