Took 1 hour to get food we didn’t order. Waitress never checked in on us after we ordered are food. Got the worst “apology” email saying it was worse the the business than the customer. I have worked in restaurants and retail for over 15 years and never need treated so rudely. You need to attend a class on customer service. Own up and don’t blame it on your customers.
I really want to give this bar & grill a 5 however the long wait for our food & the lack of waitresses are what’s keeping my review lower. With that being said once we finally got our food it was delicious. We felt bad for our waitress who did a great job & was friendly but she was running her tail off trying to keep up with all her tables. The poor girl hardly had time to breathe. I was here 20 years ago and came back to wonderful food once again! Love the sourdough bread, tastes freshly baked with cream cheese, green olives, onion and lettuce... AMAZING!!! Great service and fun atmosphere 😊
Nice tap beer selection food was very good, right size portions and it overly spendy. Service was great as well, definitely will come back next time we are in the area.

First of all, I have been coming to the Mad Capper for over 20 years. I give the food and atmosphere 5 stars, always have. But, that being said, I just walked by and looked in the window and saw very few people on a Friday night at 7:30. I passed by and chose Nacho Mama's for fajitas. Do you want to know why? Because Mad Capper no longer has a popcorn machine. Bring. Back. The. Popcorn. Machine. I'm not the only one, I know several.
