Had tires changed. Had Pirelli tires and presumed they would replace with Pirelli. I came back to find Taiwan garbage (no offense Taiwan). Then I was told they wouldn't take back tires that were already mounted after I asked them to put new Pirellis on. So, then on my ride home the scooter felt very unstable which I figured must be the inferior tires. When I got home after riding at 60mph for 30 minutes I Find 60psi in both tires! Thanks for trying to kill me Mad Bozos Scooters (btw-psi should have been 26 &30).
Old what you people are talking about. I have a 2012 VIP scooter and they were actually pretty considerate. They put a new belt on my scooter fixed my breaks, new wheel barring. I recommend going here for parts than any other place. Everywhere else is too expensive! Oh yea and I'm not a friend nor related to anyone who works here. I'm a 16 year old just stating my perspective. And it only took one day to repair and pick it up
I've been here a few times for parts/service and despite all of the negative reviews I've read online, I've had a great experience each time. The owners are very knowledgeable and helpful answering all of my questions and performed the services needed in a timely manner-same day every time. The prices are a bit on the high side compared to the cost of the scooters, but I get it...the guy has to make a living and to spend a $100 for a full service once a year isn't that bad compared to my car, boat or bike. Went there for a light bulb, which they didn't have. Saw the Bel Ray oil display and, not knowing much about scooters but needing to change my oil soon, I asked about the Bel Ray line of products. I noticed a "Semi-Synthetic" oil on the shelf and asked about it. I was told it was a great product and the good part about it was that if I was someplace that I couldn't get synthetic, I can instead top the oil off with regular motor oil.
