Długi czas oczekiwania na drinki , poza tym jeden z barmanów nadprogramowo doliczał liczbę shot'ow w momencie zwrócenia uwagi udawał, że źle to zrozumieliśmy i chodziło o dodatkową zniżkę -10 % od rachunku, prośba o kontakt z managerem którego podobno w danej chwili nie było na sali .
Slow, slow, slow service! This is the second time we’ve been here, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but here we are again waiting over an hour for our food! Never again!
We won’t be back. The brisket was literally Canadian bacon. The bacon on my sister in laws burger was thicker than the brisket. It was also dry. Almost comparable to jerky. Although they did give her something else after it was brought up. Very loud and service was slow. Took 20+ min for one drink. Mediocre food for an expensive price. I had the Philly cheesesteak and it was completely bare (I am allergic to mushroom) but I asked to have peppers on it instead. Took over an hour to receive Food. Once we did receive the food, it was cold. Not sure where they get their menu from, but barbecued nachos are exactly as they sound. Nachos dipped in barbecue sauce with a few pieces of chunk chicken and a tiny shred of cheese the sauce on three or four of the chips. Horrible! Especially when cold.
