I’m less than 24 hours into my lease. I didn’t get my key until after 4 PM on move-in day because they left me the wrong key, and I had to drive to Vestal to pick it up at some random person’s mailbox. Once I finally got my key, there was no hot water and there was no working stove, all of which was promised in the lease and would be completed upon move in.
