Don’t go to this place. If the orthotics don’t fit , instead of trying to resolve the problem professionally, the reception staff make you feel like you’re a thief for even bringing the issue forward, and unfortunately, the owner is much the same. HALEY in particular has had an ongoing, seemingly never-ending nasty attitude. Her manner has repeatedly come across as accusatory, confrontational and impatient. I had a very upsetting experience at this clinic after an ongoing issue with the fit of my custom orthotics. I originally returned several times because the orthotics were not providing the support I needed. The original pair was adjusted multiple times, and James eventually offered to remake them at no additional charge. I appreciated the efforts to correct the fit, but unfortunately the remade pair still did not provide the arch support I needed.
