I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. The staff are friendly and scheduling is easy. Dr. Maczko is very personable and you can tell he cares about his patients. I’d highly recommend Kinga if you’re looking for a hygienist!

I had a great experience when I called to make an appointment. The dental receptionist Angelica was very kind and welcoming over the phone, which made the process feel easy and comfortable. She was also very efficient, helping me quickly find a time that worked for my schedule without any hassle. What stood out most was how helpful she was—she answered all of my questions clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed before ending the call. Excellent customer service and a great first impression!

Receptionist is curt and unprofessional. I never once received an email or reminder of my appt of any sort. She calls my husband to confirm his appt and proceeds to tell him right before hanging up “oh can you tell Stephanie about her appt” my husband heard 4:50 and confirmed. She calls today and asks where I am for my 4:15 appt, we said there was a miscommunication but still, we can be there in 10- she comes back with “no she’s not gonna be able to wait” ok so cancel both. I’ve been going to Maczko and Associates for a few years now and wish I had switched sooner. The entire team is friendly, professional, and always makes visits comfortable and easy. Dr. Kelsey and Dr. Mitch make you feel like part of the family and truly care about their patients. Highly recommend!
