Had a couple hundred dollars worth of clothing in hand. Employee was taking forever to check out the guy in front of me. He was talking about how he is from Iraq and the customer was from somewhere near there. Then after about 10 minutes he apologized for taking so long. Was really disappointed. Found some things I wanted and tried them on, no one helped or even offered. Went to checkout and was next in line, and the cashier just walked off without saying anything. Just laid my stuff down and walked to Nordstroms which was a night and day difference and went above and beyond to help me find things for the same pricing! No wonder Macy’s is hurting for business.
They didn’t let my mom try on the clothes she wanted to try on and also way to expensive
