I received a perfume set; it was meant as a gift, but it looks like the perfume has been used. Some of the product is missing, and I paid a lot for a used item. Besides, it wasn't sealed, so someone else could have used it and then repackaged it. It's not fair to pay so much for a product that arrives used.

My order arrived in Michigan 15 days after order was placed. Checked mailing label which listed this location’s address. Probably not ordering anything from Macys for months.

No real way to reach a human being. Unfortunately I received someone else's order which was worth about $240. Macys said to keep it. I don't want to keep it because I know this person probably took some time to select what she wanted and they may be out of these items now. All I need is a label to return it to you but when I try, they tell me to donate it. Kind of a waste don't you think Macys?
