Very bad experience with Macy's rug cleaning service. I was given an estimate over phone for two rugs based on approximate sizes ($248-348 for the two rugs). I was provided a delivery window of three hours; they came an hour later than promised - without explanation. A day after my rugs were taken away, I was informed that insect treatment would be required (additional $400). The cleaning estimate for the two rugs was now revised to $432.
