My issue isn’t t with the store . We had a problem with Worry No More warranty. Do not purchase. After 2 yrs of having our sectional and paying $400 for WNM , our recliners and head rest started not working . 1st time I called they told me it’s wear and tear so they declined to fix , 2nd time again, “ohh sorry its wear and tear we don’t cover that” . It is 100 percent scam. After much research and contacting better business bureau , alot of people have the same issue. Stay away from WNM it’s a scam .
Don’t buy furniture from Macys. Very bad customer experience..You would continue to pay the insurance amount and then when there are accidental issues they would consider it as abuse or negligence. Raymond provides much better services and treat customers very well..
Naresh was very nice he shared a lot of options and helped us during our visit we purchased a mattress from him wish they had more high end options
We recently purchased family room furniture from Monira. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and always responded quickly. We will recommend her to everyone we know and will be using her again ourselves. She is the best!
