My recent experience at this store was above par! I had to return an item and was greeted promptly by the associate, Vicky. She was professional and friendly throughout our encounter. As I was leaving the store, I had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with the store manager and assistant manager, Michael Osborn and Lizeth. It was such a refreshing conversation where they made it clear that customer service was their highest priority. I left the store feeling like a very valued customer. Thanks, team Macy's!
Love this place, definitely the best spot for furnitures and home goods. Good quality, various options, and of course the great customer service! Shout out to Ronda and everyone who has assisted us, from the sales team, cashier, and the back staff who wrapped up our furnitures. Ronda is extremely patient and knowledgeable about the products here. Will come back periodically to shop for more stuff.
