Our Apple authorized technicians currently on board are great listeners, polite, and eager to make you happy and provide excellent service. Okay service, bizarrely rude technicians. We used them 3 or 4 times for relatively expensive jobs. Three time they fixed the problem; one time they made the problem worse, lost some data, and had to come back to correct the problem. The reason we stopped using them though was the weirdly awful social skills of the housecall technicians. These guys *really* don't know how to use actual words to communicate... and they don't want you to use them either.
