Hans has Answered the bell for me many times. His latest project was diagnosing, repairing and upgrading a laptop for me. He's picked up at my house or I've left it for him at the UPS store. It all works. not many like him left in the world.

Hans, has been our computer specialist since 1994. He has always been able to resolve all our problems in a very timely manner. I have worked with local companies and they are not mac specialist, coult not fix the problem. Hans is very experienced. He will remotely work on our computers if he can. We highly recommend this company. If you want a mac specialist this is the person that you need. Thank you again !

Beware. This is absolutely not a real business. It's some low level jerk flake running a fake business out of his house. Flake. Wasted so much time. Dishonest. Asked me to drop off a computer at a UPS store. Such a phony.

I bought a MacBook from Mac Repair Specialist, and received a lower model than what I have paid for. Hans has been reading my messages and refuses to get back to me or fix this error and make it right. Very disappointed. I would highly not recommend using.
