Staff are great in the clinic and make you feel at ease. All their amazing work is then undone by being told you are being put on a waiting list for the best part of a year. Shame on BHSCT and DoH !
Was referred to the Macular Clinic by my optometrist. Went today for my first appointment and must say my treatment was first class, from Teresa who tested my eye sight and took my details to Dr Williams who saw me later and was excellent and explained what treatment he was recommending and how it would be delivered. Thanks to all those staff who work at the macular clinic for your sterling work.
Thanks to all the staff at the Macular Clinic - The fantastic effort everyone made was effective in restoring the sight to my right eye and I am profoundly greatful for the work done by one and all. Long may the hands of the injection staff remain steady and true as they help in healing the sight of others, just as they helped me.
