Mike Cain was an excellent contractor. We hired him after our condo flooded and we needed mold remediation and reconstruction. Mike was an great communicator - got back to us quickly, was clear on the timeline, process, and cost, and responded quickly to our questions and issues as they arose. He has a wealth f knowledge in the areas of campus facilities and security, environmental impact, vendor contracting and construction. He was able to advise us in all of these areas as well as connect us with some reputable, fairly priced contractors and reassure our community of the things we were doing well and those that need to be addressed in the coming years. Got to work on a small project with Mike and I couldn't recommend Mike enough. He was great at communicating and brainstorming different options for us! Will definitely work with him again in the future. :)
Mike did a great job dealing with HOA criteria on remodeling a storage area and laundry closet into a nice laundry room and storage room. Very usable, well lighted and looks great.
