So far not a great experience with optometry. I went in for my exam, chose my glasses, waited 6 weeks. Called around the 5th to check in and was told the optometrist would give me a call back and I would receive a message with shopping information. Finally received a call on the 6th week and was told my information was lost and I’d have to come pick another pair of glasses and start the process all over. Horrible service. Place needs better leadership and the workers need to learn how to treat people. Would leave zero stars if possible

Waited over a month for an appointment. When I showed up they didn't have my appointment because their system had gone down and they had already booked the day. Said I could sit and wait around which is BS since I had to leave work for my appointment. Maybe have a paper back up so people are not inconvenienced when your system goes down.
