One of our trucks broke down at approximately 1am. This man was the RUDEST HUMAN I have ever spoken to in my life!! We have been in business for 25 years and I have NEVER experienced such UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR IN MY CAREER!! He made me send him a copy of our company debit card to his cell phone before he would even head to the truck!! Seems like there would be a SECURE link to send that kind of information to instead of a cell phone!!!
Even though they weren't able to directly assist with my problem they recommended a shop without hesitation. Because of this I will go out of my way to use them in the future when I do have an issue that is in their line of service. Thank you.
My ABS light on my trailer came on last night after I hit a few bumps in the road. I thought nothing of it so I kept going until I stopped for the night. I went back to investigate and to my horror, the brake shoes had collapsed and was banging all around the drum. As a supervisor here at Jones Logistics, I can tell you Justin is one of the best road side tech guys to call out. Not once has he let me down. Managing and maintaining a fleet of 16 trucks and 17 trailers is not easy but, everytime I have an issue or something breaks Mac Truck Repair is who we call first! when i called him, he already started blaming me and told if i'm idiot, this man is crazy, he doesn't know how to be friendly with customers.
