Went there for a steak to celebrate my birthday. Without a doubt it was the worst NY strip that I have ever had. I have eaten there before but I ve always had shrimp or CF steak and they were good. The price of the steak was that of a high-end steakhouse. Won t order it again.

Went to Mac on Saturday night. My husband and I both had the swordfish and it was less than mediocre. Definitely not worth the \$80 we spent. Won t go back.
Recently took my daughter and her family there for her birthday. Service was good but the food was less than adequate for the money. I will not go back.
I thought the food was average but am a little surprized by the "dont care" attitude of the management. Fortunately, there are many other choices in Colleyvile competing for our dining dollars. I was reviewing the bill this morning and noticed additional charges based upon the menu and what the server had said. I contacted the manager and was basically told that "those are the prices". As a regular at the Macs in Arlington , but a Colleyville resident, I was so thrilled when the restaurant in Colleyville opened. On Sunday we strolled in late, about 8:30 pm. We were greeted by the waiter in a short amount of time and received our drinks really quickly. We were told about the specials and were really torn between the Copper River Salmon and the Prime Rib. I could eat the Prime Rib 7 days a week now that I know they serve it every night. They always seem to have my favorite wine that Ive found out of town.

What a relief! I recently moved to the area about 4 months ago and have been visiting most of the restaurants around town, none of which "blew me away". However, once I drove upon Macs it was the landscaping that drew me in. It was beautifully maintained and reminded me of the landscaping at any of the Four Seasons Resorts. After dining in prepared to spend a decent amount of money based on the outside appearance, I was surprised at the menu prices.
