Thank you so much to Tiffany for making the process so easy and enjoyable. Cary came and looked the truck over and made a very reasonable offer. The next day two drivers showed up with a check and I said my last goodbye. They are very prompt also. They give you a 15 minute window as to when they will show up and never went past the first 5 minutes. I would highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional experience with TriState Auto, especially Tiffany. We scheduled a meeting in a public place for the sale of my car, and they completely failed to show up. Not even a simple courtesy message to inform me they weren’t coming. Wasting a customer’s time like this is unacceptable and shows a total lack of professionalism and respect. Based on this experience, I will never do business with TriState Auto again and would not recommend them to anyone expecting reliable communication or basic customer service.... read more
