Service was border sub par, our waitress to start was cut, yet was still there working when we left. My buddies food was fine but I ordered a burger well done and was barely mid rare when it came out. Somehow their cook found a way to burn the outside of the burger, yet not cook it all the way through. Very disappointed. Not sure I will go back.

Great service. Bad food. Collards were weird tasting. Ribs were dry as all get out mac and cheese was good. Third bad meal I have had in a year. won't be back unless it's for drinks only.

I will definitely eat there again. It was a great atmosphere. The food is good. Our waitress was new but she was very nice and made us feel welcome.
Disappointed that we moved from Charlotte and left Mac's there. Thrilled to death to be downtown and look over and recognize the logo and know that was on the menu! No longer disappointed and missing out on one of my favs! Great food and awesome service!
