Food is usually ok. But last 3 times we have gotten pick up the amount of food is incredibly ridiculous compared to what you get when you eat in. On top of the lack of food for the price, customer service at pick up was less than friendly. Said there was sauce in the bag... no sauce.

luke warm food, over priced, poor service when I went, and only 3 customers including me. Not like they were busy and gave bad service. 👎

RecommendedMy boyfriend and I were looking for some southern barbecue to sample, and I’m glad we chose Mac’s! Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious! We were given great southern hospitality in both service and cuisine.
Food was decent. I tried the most basic items that were available to not be able to complain, but even then I still ate it cold waiting for seasonings. Customer Service from our waitress was the worst I had ever experienced in my life. Its a sports bar, I didnt expect fine dining customer service, but 15 mins for small items requested, because waiters couldn't be bothered, was unbelievable.
