RecommendedMy boyfriend and I were looking for some southern barbecue to sample, and I’m glad we chose Mac’s! Our waitress was super nice and knowledgeable, and the food was delicious! We were given great southern hospitality in both service and cuisine.
Food was decent. I tried the most basic items that were available to not be able to complain, but even then I still ate it cold waiting for seasonings. Customer Service from our waitress was the worst I had ever experienced in my life. Its a sports bar, I didnt expect fine dining customer service, but 15 mins for small items requested, because waiters couldn't be bothered, was unbelievable.
Our server was amazing! We were celebrating my sisters birthday so we had a large group but she did an amazing job!

Very disappointing food. Bland, no where as good as the Charlotte location. Plus service was poor. 20 mins to before a server greeted us.

The restaurant is great 👍🏻 Enjoyed it very much with my wife. However the location is terrible and seems to be in a hot spot for the “I wanna protest everything” gatherings. Definitely can’t be a regular, wish they had more and better locations, food is awesome!
