Not how we wanted to start our 1st day of vacation! However, we are so thankful for the staff/crew at Mac's automotive center for saving the day!!!They met us at the Exxon where our car died and gave us a jumpstart/escort back to their shop. Where they replaced our alternator/battery and had us back on the road in no time. The staff our very friendly and professional and the shop is exceptionally clean! Thank you so much!!!!

Had a really bad experience with the Troy location this morning. From now on, I'll have my service done at the dealership. They might be more expensive, but when they make an appointment, they honor it.
