Her guidance and subcontract management in preparing property for sale was exceptional. Her contact list in areas of maintenance, major repairs, subcontract work, inspections and resolving title disputes made final closing a pleasure. She is a pro and a gem.
This has been the best experience as a renter ever! Amber is not like the usual landlord she is always very communicative and helpful and the most professional management I’ve encountered.
