Steve with Mac’s Plumbing was amazing Professional efficient well priced service Took the time to fully explain the problem Would highly recommend !
Your office called and asked to reschedule our appt. with Steve. Steve showed up on time, apparently not knowing this appt was rescheduled. At that point I told him that we had decided on another company. He was confused as was I. He was polite. This apparent miscommunication and the fact that you have contacted me twice for a review when we didn’t have the appt doesn’t reflect well on your business.
Absolutely loved them. Everyone was very efficient and more importantly Kind!
Steve and Ed were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They expkained everything and were successful in removing the blockage of my toilet.
