Tried this place last night. Had the mushroom and swiss with demiglaze. Burger was overcooked and dry, also had no demiglaze. I did eat half of it with some chicken wings. The wings were good but when I told the waitress I was'nt being rude I just wanted to tell them so they could improve the situation. She got the manager who was rude!!! I was telling her the same thing and she immediately tells me I have sold many today with no complaints. 4 of us meet every Wednesday for dinner. Tonight was our 3rd trip to Mac's because we really want it to be successful.. we live close. 2 of us had the Monster BLT.. and Tavern chips. Both plates Id rate at about a 3... Could of been a 9. Bacon was hardly edible as it was overcooked. Also the tavern chips were seriously overcooked couldn't hardly chew them. We got a slider plate.
