Excellent customer service and genuine people. I haven't had them work on my boat yet but, the owner, Chris, talked me through an issue that had stranded me on the local lake and got me running! I would otherwise have had to pay for an expensive tow. Instead, he troubleshot the issue over the phone, not even knowing me, and helped me out of a pinch. I stopped by his business the next day, with a small gift card and a big thank you to him! His business is where I plan to go, when my boat needs work!

We have used Mac's Marine for our boat every year we've owned it. They always do a thorough and great job. They do a good job of communicating what's wrong and how and when they fix it.
