The best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Super crowded but I wouldn’t expect anything less
Best fish and chips I have had since I left Scotland many years ago! I rode my motorcycle all the what from Anaheim to eat at Macs a two + hour ride but worth it.
We stumbled on this place and since mom is visiting from Bermuda and is always prepared to give her honest critique of anything British done in the U.S. we decided to give Mac's a try. She absolutely loved the fish and chips and slaw and so did I. She repeatedly commented on how hot, crispy and fresh the fish was and how "tasty" the chips and slaw were. I agreed with her entire assessment. I hope to come back soon and I hope they are consistent since I will bring others who have never had the pleasure before. �
Absolutely the BEST fish'n'chips in Santa Barbara..��� get the Whale.. the mushy peas are just like home in the U.K. too.. 10/10
