I've always been a fan of Macs especially because I leave four blocks away. This year has been very disappointing with cone sizes being reduced and some of the other items I've had also. My beloved Mac float which has always been a shake with ice cream topping was the most recent disappointment. They made it with soda water and ice cream, had to throw it away. Time to look for another ice cream shop.
Congratulations New Management..!!!! You Destroyed, what took 10 years to build in a matter of 3 Days.. You completely Killed the Menu, & are gonna LOSE a SHIT LOAD of BUISENESS, with your BULLSHIT FAKE FOOD. it'll be fun to Watch You Fail. MAC's Was Good For a REASON... ....YOU, ARE NOT THAT. ....NO SOUP FOR YOU..!!! NEXT.!!!!!

We assure you that we do not serve fake food, as all our recipes are original. Our Chef Steve works very hard and would be disappointed to hear of any dissatisfaction. We invite you to come back and speak to him about the menu, our doors are always open.
I get a new owner wanting to do things a little differently, but to drastically cut portion sizes??? That just doesn't seem like good business when all your doing is pushing away your faithful customers. Very sad that my beloved summer go to place for dinner & ice cream is no longer enjoyable. �

We still have side orders of chicken tenders. We added chicken nuggets to the kids menu because of their popularity last season.
Hoping they are just getting into the grove but the waffle cones are out of a box instead of homemade and seem a little confused on orders. I think it will get better as it is only April
Went for the first time this season, food quality has gone down so drastically, food was bland and portions much smaller. Ice cream taste was fine but sizes were a joke. We used to love to walk down and get lunch and ice cream all last summer, doubt it will happen much this year
First ice cream of the season and first time disappointed at Mac's. Boys kiddie size cones were ok size, but my small was barely bigger than theirs. And I always get a small because it's usually the size of a medium somewhere else. But this time, not even the size of a small anywhere else. Wonder what else will be different.
Today I’m giving a 2...I’m normally so happy here, but tonight my husband went and got ice cream for our daughters birthday. My kids got enormous helpings of ice cream. Unfortunately, I got a scoop of what was supposed to be chocolate chip cookie dough, but had no chunks of cookie dough.
Yummy food and chill enviornment. Good place to go eat and hang out with family or friends.
RecommendedMy wife and I decided to stop by. Great food, great staff and we enjoyed the ice cream!! We will be returning during the warm weather.
