Always a great experience at Mac’s! They are quick to welcome you as you enter the shop and make an effort to remember your name. They are great at communicating through the whole service and have accurate estimates. Thanks for the spring tune up :)
stopped in unannounced today for some help with my bike, and advice about local rides, and the folks in there dropped what they were doing to help me out immediately, and wouldn't accept payment for the quick help. While I didn't end up buying anything there, that's the kind of friendly service that makes me wish I needed a new bike so I could buy one from them.

They are really patient and understanding and try their best to help you. I would recommend them to anybody. I wish that I could give them a higher rating for their service. And I know it sounds like a paid review but it's not. They deserve it.
