Great experience overall. I came in looking to fix my son’s bike and the guys really went above and beyond. They were able to come up with a solution even though the original parts were no longer available, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was the care they put into making sure his bike was safe and ready to ride. They clearly took the time to sort out a few extra things, but didn’t charge anything beyond the original repair. Excellent, friendly and efficient service at Mac's Cycle Centre. I've been coming here for years to have my bike serviced and the results have been consistently top notch. From simple things like fixing a flat, to tune ups, these guys are pros and super friendly!
The best kept two wheeled secret in the Victoria area. Great service, great prices and even better people. Honest and local, a good old fashioned business, will never go anywhere else.
