The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great advice and they have long memories for things they have helped you with. I don't believe that they work on ebikes. I love the fact that they don't try to sell you things that you don't need. Got a bike issue? Go to Macs!
My bicycle was broke so I went there and ask for estimate. The gentleman told me it will cost around 70 bucks so I left my bicycle there. After one week I got message from them that it is fixed so I went there. This time there was a different gentleman. When it came to pay the amount out of nowhere it became 146. I didn’t say anything but felt robbed. I paid the amount and left the shop with my bicycle. Stopped in to get a checkup on a used bike I bought and it was super helpful! Gave great advice on maintenance, will for sure be going back for all my bike needs.
Needed some brake fluid and arrived right before close and they were able to help me out in no time. Warm and welcoming environment.
Give this place 10 stars! I was on my way to an appointment when I got a flat tire. I took it there and they fixed it up in no time. I also realized that I had left my phone and method of payment in my friends car, and had no way to pay. They accepted my promise to e-transfer later, and also let me use their phone to try and call a friend. And they even looked up the place I was going to to help me find the address! So very helpful, thank you so so much for you'll assistance and trust!
