Mac comes off as a real professional guy unfortunately, when you call him out on his BS, he doesn’t take it like likely horrible pain job on my hood and bumper and when he tried putting it back together, he literally just smashed everything on, and I told him that the bumper was off, and the hood was off, wasn’t straight and all he gave me was a cold shoulder and said it’s just all plastic cheap plastic

I took my 1998 BMW Z3 to Macs when the driver's side door decided to quit working and refused to open. It wouldn't open from the inside, from the outside, with or without the key. It was stuck closed and locked! I'm 6'3" and 73 years old so you can imagine how I struggled to get in from the passenger side and crawl over the transmission hump into the driver's seat of this tiny car.
