I simply don’t recommend because it is an option from Apple to set up an appointment with them in the exact same way you make a Genius Bar appointment with no notification that I’m immediately going to be hit with a $50 diagnostic fee although there was no “problem” with my computer and that wiping it was another $100+. I am writing this to hopefully save some people from making the drive without the knowledge of what you need to pay here. Very positive experience with Macs At Work. My older MacBook Pro was having issues and would not boot up. Brought it in to Macs At Work, they were up front with the fees and work they could perform. They were able to fix it, it was done when they said it would be done, and the final fees matched the quote they gave when I brought it in. Highly recommended.

These folks are really friendly and quickly turned around needed warranty work. The Apple store had a week long wait, and Macs at Work is a great alternative. Certified and authorized by Apple. I would work with them again.
I received quick and friendly service. I needed a warranty battery replacement for my MacBook Pro. The job was done by the next day in less than 24 hours. I even arrived five minutes after closing for my pickup but they unlocked the doors to help me get my laptop anyway. I highly recommend getting service with them rather than waiting around at an Apple Store all day.
I wish I knew the store was thier a long time ago. From the very second we walked in the door they were very kind and explained everything to us.we tried having things done elsewhere and once we left it did the same thing. These poeple know exactly what thier doing and cant be any kinder to you. We will never go anywhere else. If you're like me and didn't know they we're thier please check them out. I can guaranty you won't find a better place. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.
Super nice and helpful! I do all my own IT at my small business and don't really know a lot so when ever I have a problem, John and Larry are just so nice and helpful and knowledgeable! I really appreciate them!
