Chen was very easy to work with. He even answers calls at 11 pm. Chen and his real estate team took care of everything including cleaning, touch up paint, repairs, trash out, painting to list my home. They even had a professional media crew capturing the photos and videos so we opened escrow by the end of the first week. Smooth closing. I highly recommend him!
