I’m really disappointed with this company and it would take a lot for me to change my mind at this time. I’ve called and talked to this company 4 times. I was promised by my rep my fan would be here before our grand opening, then I received a message the day of supposed delivery saying they pushed it back a month. On top of that I called 5 more times just to get a rep who promised they’d escalate me to a manger, contact me same day, and work with me to see if they could squeeze me in since we’re only 2 hours away from their ... read more
Ordered a fan in April 27th with a ship date of or before June 5th on my invoice. Day came and went, no shipping notice. Called the next day and was told they moved warehouses and it would be 2 more weeks around June 25th. Tried calling on June 26th all day, phone never answers. Sent email to sales and got a referral to service for them to tell me wait another week. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, 9 weeks and counting, money gone no fan.
I ordered an 18’ Air Legacy. They absolutely will NOT !! ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!! CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE FAN ! THEN THEY GIVE YOU ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES ABOUT YOUR REFUND. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
