I ordered an 18’ Air Legacy. They absolutely will NOT !! ANSWER THE PHONE !!!!! CAUTION: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE FAN ! THEN THEY GIVE YOU ALL KINDS OF EXCUSES ABOUT YOUR REFUND. I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY REFUND. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Update: these fans are so wonderful! So glad we went with these. They look great and function even better. Can I just share that their customer service is top notch!! UPS lost one of my packages. Both Chris and Alex went above and beyond to help me out and get a new one sent out. I can’t wait to get these fans up and running. Will do another review on the fans once installed. But, what a great company and excellent customer service/communication.
Updated 3/11: $4,500 for a fan that died in less than 5 years. We're trying to fix it right now and I'll update this review depending how MacroAir responds. So far, they are sending me parts without anyone looking at it which seems both great, but also suspicious as if they already know what's wrong without looking, it sounds like more of a recall problem.
