Updated 3/11: $4,500 for a fan that died in less than 5 years. We're trying to fix it right now and I'll update this review depending how MacroAir responds. So far, they are sending me parts without anyone looking at it which seems both great, but also suspicious as if they already know what's wrong without looking, it sounds like more of a recall problem. Can I just share that their customer service is top notch!! UPS lost one of my packages. Both Chris and Alex went above and beyond to help me out and get a new one sent out. I can’t wait to get these fans up and running. Will do another review on the fans once installed. But, what a great company and excellent customer service/communication.
Had this fan installed by First Choice Automotive Equipment in NJ. They told us that it has a 5 year warranty. Well it stopped working during one of the worst heatwaves. First Choice charged $600 to turn back on and told us that they don’t know what’s wrong but it’s not cover. Stay away from both at all cost!!!
Why didn't I install these fans last year. We suffered all summer. Now when I walk into the warehouse, it feels Sooo good. I knew they would be helpful, but I had no idea that they would be this good. Thanks Mike for the help getting these fans going.
Crew was great but there was an error in the parts provided so there was an unexpected delay of finishing the install of about 5 days otherwise I would rate 5 stars.
