I haven't ever experienced such unpleasant and rude customer service over the phone.  I cannot recommend this company.

Very Very rude customer service encounter with the person ( s ) answering the phone, They never made an appointment for my appliance and they never followed up. this Company who has been in business for Fifty ( 50 ) years needs improvement with their help in the worse way.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE rep who answers the phone for customers is the worst customer service experience we have ever experienced!! We have appliances that were purchased from Aitoro who we have never had any issues with. Unfortunately, their repair business has been outsourced to Macri. We had a new washer/dryer installed in Oct from Aitoro. The dryer handle started to come loose on Jan and came off in Feb. Told me I had a $2500+ refrigerator repair on my 12 year old built in fridge and a few years earlier a $700 range repair for burner that’s igniter didn’t work . In both cases, I spent hours and hours trying to decide researching a new one ($10,000 and $2000 respectively). Told another company my predicament, they came out fixed the first for under $200, then decided to have them work on the range too—-less than $200.00 later, that’s repaired too. Called them because my sub zero refrain..was making a noise I had never heard before, They came and turned an ice button off ( new home for me and did not notice there was an ice maker) ... it was less than a minute and he charged me 100.00! When I argued that he did not have to fix anything he basically said too bad and this is what we charge. When I called the office to complain the woman basically also said too bad.
