We emailed one day ahead and received confirmation of a a quiet, top-floor room. When we arrived, we found that there was active demolition, with concrete being crushed directly across the street. The noise is extremely loud see video and completely unsuitable for a “quiet” stay. We arrive a 2 and they quit at 4. This will take days to complete We had booked for 5 nights Understandable that this is out of the management control but .. Excellent staff exceeded my expections as i had mobility problems the stair lift was great Wondering if slip mats could be in bathroom and maybe a shower chair maybe in storage would be amazing the swim spa on top level i basically had all to myself

Stayed there for just under a month. The reception of guests arriving outside of business hours requires improvement. The rooms are spacious, with self catering facilities, however, the cleaners do a poor housekeeping job as they would do nothing except change the linen, half of the time, they will not restock condiments or toiletries. Despite my long stay, they never cleaned my living room or bathroom which is not what professional housekeeping entails.

We stayed 3 nights, our room was spacious and clean. Very close to shops,restaurants, Cafe and the beach. As you opened the door you can smell the freshness of the clean environment. The only downfall the fridge is small and no microwave.The staff are very friendly and polite. I highly recomend staying at Macquarie Waters Boutique
