I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding my today visit to your clinic and service by doctor David Roper. I have attended the clinic with my newborn baby for the purpose of having the passport photo signed for citizenship application today. Prior to attending, I have called the clinic and was advised that it would be bulk billed for children under 16 years old. They charged $160 for my 15 year old daughter to get the routine blood tests ,the center charged once for getting the blood test and the other for providing blood tests. it's a rip off, and no one to question them. Whereas other medical center in Rhodes charged just $80 for blood test and results.
They supposed to close at 6 and I went 520 and it’s already closed what a medical centre
