Hopeless rude arrogant receptionist. I called between 0930 and 0945 on 17 Oct 2025.she hung up on me twice. I do not know the Authenticity of her name verification she said she is lucy. There was no willingness to help or passing information. I called to check if my blood results have come through so that I can plan to make an appointment with the doctor some results take longer than the others. Highly recommend this clinic, they’re open on weekends and evenings, perfect for unexpected visits. Booking is quick and easy, and the wait is usually under 20 minutes. Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Chandra Najeeb for three years now. She took care of me during my first pregnancy, and all the fetal checkups were done thoroughly. For my second pregnancy, I went to another GP, but the tests weren’t as comprehensive as the ones Dr. Najeeb ordered. The reception staff at Macquarie Medical Centre have been beyond lovely, helpful and awesome with tending to patients and processing appointments and payments :) Especially very happy with Dr Thandar Htwe who I, by chance, decided to book an appointment with. Extremely punctual, friendly, thorough and makes sure any concern you have is addressed. Highly recommend Dr Htwe for Women’s Health!
Had to book a sudden appointment yesterday, was able to book in an appointment very quickly and easy. The staff, doctors and treatment staff were all lovely and helpful. Someone was giving staff grief for having to wait too long (normal for appointments to go over expected time at doctors…) but the staff handled it very professionally
