I am deeply concerned and disappointed with the lack of care and understanding we have received from this medical centre. Once I booked and confirmed my appointment for next day . I took leave and next day they called and said they are not confirm about my report and change my Dr. They said we will analyse it but can’t confirm it. But they don’t value and respect patients time and value .As if patients taking free service. And receptionists covering her faults to seek Dr. help. Dialed the clinic on Friday 2.45pm, there was no response from the reception. Waited for around 20 mins and then disconnected.
The ladies in the reception were all helpfull and amazing, I always feel sorry for them being blamed at for the long wait. Doctors were are trying their best. We have shortage in GPs, lets not scream at them.
Dr Saira Anwar is really helpful and caring. She is also always on time
I have been a patient of Dr. Mervat Gergius for over 5yrs.. she's truly cares about her patients’ well-being. Her kind and compassionate nature make every visit a comforting experience, and she takes the time to listen and address all concerns with patience. I am deeply grateful for her dedication and the genuine care she provides. I would definitely recommend My Health centre, Over and over again!!
