Appointments are never on time and the reception is often having you waiting at the front desk for ages because no one is at the front, very unprofessional and doesn't inform you about cancelled appointments. Also doctors take forever to get anything you need sorted.
Appaling service, waited for 3 months for a specialist appointment, confirmed day before, but doctor was not available when we went to see him at the scheduled time, they did not bother to inform, there was no one at the reception waited for 15 minutes, to be told appointment has been cancelled. Would never recommend using this center.
Went to get a sexual health test and the lady Dr. Noore Nipa had made me feel judged, I was already nervous and shy to get tested for the first time and the lady made me feel like I was doing the wrong thing.
