The property manager Kelly went above and beyond her job concerning issues with Bayview townhomes in Kent, Washington. She was helpful and understood my need to get something resolved as soon as possible. She did not delay to correct situations that prevented me to have sprinkler checks was immediate trying to get a hold of company was not | was so appreciative of the time she took to explain things to me. She is a credit to your company.

Jennifer snow did a fantastic job helping me work with a customer in resolving on going issues with their property. She has been a great person to work for and in helping getting things done. She is one of my best property managers to work for.
They are not maintaining their lot properly in Lake Stevens. They take care of the landscape of the duplexes behind my house, but they are letting blackberries grow on the property line. They are spreading into my yard. I have reached out multiple times. All they do is trim them. Someone needs to be responsible and come and remove them this is ridiculous.
I rented one of the properties managed by this company at 29307 32nd Pl S, Auburn, WA 98001. It was an awesome, simple, comfortable, and safe place to live. Their maintenance team responds quickly to resolve any problems. I highly recommend renting and living here!
