Very frustrating experience with the HOA management service. The billing statements have had incorrect due dates, and I have had difficulty getting responses to emails and phone calls.I expect the management company to provide timely communication, accurate account information, and proper follow-up. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Recently our association has found out we need major repairs to the structure of our buildings at Mill Park Condo's in Edmonds WA. Laura Hargitt and the Condo Board have put in the work to organize and find different companies to facilitate needed repairs. We had a condo meeting and I was impressed on how Laura and the board kept the meeting flowing so we could all understand and move forward with what is needed to be done. I am grateful that the meeting was able to flow. Thank you Vila Lind
