Tuesday Kelly was super helpful today. She was very kind and helped us to not be so much on ourselves with are problem. On 3.09.26 at approximately 11am Someone had entered the parking lot here at Arrington Place Issaquah and loaded our 2003 Dodge ram 3500 4x4 on to a flatbed tow truck and drove off, stealing it from us. She helped us a lot with that she gathered from some our neighbors. As of now we have not heard anything from the Issaquah police department. But without her help we would have no information. The Lakemont HOA has been doing an excellent job, often quietly behind the scenes. They don’t place heavy demands on homeowners—just that we follow the guidelines to maintain our yards and preserve the neighborhood’s appearance, which helps keep our property values high. This 900+ dollar bill that you’re trying to pass to us from the HOA is BS and you know it. I am confirmed with the HOA multiple times through multiple people and I have the phone recordings to back it up, any infraction that occurs a notice of sent out within one week not five months later. You claim that you just recently obtained that Bill or you just received it which you and I both know that’s not true. And if it is then it was purposely held up by the property owner.
