The Lakemont HOA has been doing an excellent job, often quietly behind the scenes. They don’t place heavy demands on homeowners—just that we follow the guidelines to maintain our yards and preserve the neighborhood’s appearance, which helps keep our property values high. This 900+ dollar bill that you’re trying to pass to us from the HOA is BS and you know it. I am confirmed with the HOA multiple times through multiple people and I have the phone recordings to back it up, any infraction that occurs a notice of sent out within one week not five months later. You claim that you just recently obtained that Bill or you just received it which you and I both know that’s not true. And if it is then it was purposely held up by the property owner. Tuesday Kelly has been phenomenal in providing direction for our needs. During these winter seasons, we've been sick more than often than in previous years with many visits to the doctors. As a result, we took matters into our own hands and looked for reasons and found that we've been having black mold issues on our windows and bathroom. My HOA community transitioned to management by MacPherson's at the beginning of 2026. Lena Guevara has been our new property manager. We have only been with them for 2 months, but so far I can only say good things about her and the company. She seems very knowledgeable and experienced, she's on top of all the things that need attention, she's very responsive and very good at communicating with the Board. My only regret is that we didn't change over to them sooner.

We've worked with Tuesday at MacPherson's for the past few years and she has been excellent in communication, time management and problem solving. We feel so fortunate to have her in our corner making our building run effortlessly. I honestly don't know what we would do without her.
