In an era where you rarely find good customers service, I was served by Sasha at Macpac Fountain Gate to prove me wrong. It was great customer experience. She listens to my requirement and then suggested some options. Then contacted someone in the back to check the color I needed. If it was any other person the standard answer would be what is on display is what we have. After that she finished off the sale professionally. Good service I would recommend this store.
Had a fabulous customer service experience on Thursday afternoon when returning items purchased online and picking alternates. The lady who served me was my age and build (50s and curvy), found all sorts of options and even found a fleece in sale that was the perfect colour. Extraordinary customer service. My family and I will be back fir all we need for our winter European trip. I just wish i knew her name so she gets all the credit. Hopefully she sees this and knows it is her.
Great store, knowledgeable staff (particularly Aaron) who are always willing to assist. Carries a wide selection of stock and the regular sales mean multiple bargains across the year. It's my no.1 local stop for my outdoor needs.
