Love this place. The staff were very helpful and friendly without hovering and they have a huge range of their products there. Also easy to park. Overall I'd recommend it if you're looking to get some nice warm macpac gear.

I just had the most professional and courteous customer service experience with a sales assistant called Grant at my local store. I went in to buy a jacket and very quickly found myself easily spending my money on a top range jacket. He was kind and attentive and I was so impressed by the store. As a customer the way one is greeted can make the difference between you spending your money on one store or taking it to the competitor. In this instant macpac are now my regular store.
