Nice staff
I just had the most professional and courteous customer service experience with a sales assistant called Grant at my local store. I went in to buy a jacket and very quickly found myself easily spending my money on a top range jacket. He was kind and attentive and I was so impressed by the store. As a customer the way one is greeted can make the difference between you spending your money on one store or taking it to the competitor. In this instant macpac are now my regular store. Unreal store, bought a bunch of hiking equipment, Grant and the team were super helpful and knowledgeable, willing to spend heaps of time talking through the whole range. Will definitely be back.
